I have downloaded the latest PAYE tools but it wont open . Getting error message

"Unable to open database, please make sure you have permission"

Any ideas

Give the helpdesk a call on 0300 200 3600. BPT is about the only thing they can help with.

try software like Brightpay or Moneysoft

Will save you time and money.

As it's currently August, why are you downloading it now? Are you setting up a new payroll or are you trying to update an existing one?

It's a good program. If you are using the free trial, and then decide not to use it, beware as, at the end of the trial you cannot access your data.

Yeah don't use HMRC for anything as they don't have a clue.
