Just trying to find out what people are giving as a pay increase this year?

I shall be taking a pay cut to £589......and then taking the rest in a big fat dividend, hopefully 50% higher (overall income) than this last year

As for my staff....they get more than min wage and are paid hourly, i doubt it will rise much unless the budget dictates so.
