Hello,

I run an Ltd. company and I received a notice of penalty determination acussing me for not filing my annual return on time.

I'm facing some difficulties with my bank account and I can't make a deposit.

Is it possible to pay with my friend's credit card?

Thanks in advance

You say Annual Return that has to be sent to Companies House - HMRC wont charge you a penalty for that nor will Companies House. Are you sure you have a genuine penalty due?

It is real because I can see the amount which is due when I login to my HMRC account.
Somewhere in the letter states "notice to file a return for the period from...". So probably it has to do with the Corporation Tax.

I'm a newbie in business as you can see...

OK just worried me when you said an Annual return. :)

Hope you get it sorted asap I hate seeing people paying avoidable penalties.
