Parking Over The Weekend

Please be aware that as Christmas Day & Boxing Day falls at the weekend, Monday & Tuesday are public holidays - you should not assume this weekends parking regulations are as per a public holiday where you live.

Sadly, some authorities may take advantage of peoples belief that the weekend will be treated as public holidays.

I'd like to think this wouldn't be true but knowing some parking notice firms with automated camera systems, yes I can imagine quite a few fines being issued.

I have checked my council and they have said the weekend is treated as normal, but 'there are no enforcers out on Saturday, so please park nicely'!

Just as a quick update, looking at some local groups/forums, a lot of people seems to have been caught out, especially on 1st January!
