Do many of you use ParcelForce for your marketplace orders and, if so, what price increase are you seeing this morning?

I'm aware they were to remove the 15% discount for Rewards4U but they've also increased base prices. My old prices were:

Depot to Recipient
ParcelForce48 - £8 - 15% = £6.80 including VAT
ParcelForce24 - £9 - 15% = £7.65 including VAT

Post Office to Recipient
ParcelForce48 - £9 - 15% = £7.65 including VAT
ParcelForce24 - £10 - 15% = £8.50 including VAT

As of this morning, the new costs are:

Depot to Recipient
ParcelForce48 - £12 including VAT 76.47% increase
ParcelForce24 - £15.40 including VAT 101.3% increase

Post Office to Recipient
ParcelForce48 - £14 including VAT 83% increase
ParcelForce24 - £17.40 including VAT 104.7% increase

I've dumped parcelforce for this very reason, apart from (as mentioned in another topic) tubes. UPS are now the cheapest for my 1-2Kg packets - typically 30 x 20 x 13 or thereabouts. Ironically, I'd opened a business account with them, but been unable to use it as the business prices were more expensive than the on-line ones. The loss of the discount means they've lost about £150 a week from me.
