Ok so I have used P2Go since 2015 and they were decent until brexit and I continue with them but I am tired of their system now.

I am looking for other shipping comparison sites and would be interested in feedback on them post brexit.

P2Go just have not got a handle on things and they are adding 20 minutes to a 5 minute booking job now. Also their notification systems are a joke. Easy to input the actual address when there is an issue with a shipment but these guys just stick there P2Go code which makes it long winded to check against there system.

Forecefeeding reviews on trust pilot on every chat query is also surely a very bad sign. I mean they want good reviews for having to contact them about an issue which is solely down to their own systems and wastes valuable time.

My wife is in the same boat as you, and she's kinda stuck sticking with P2Go purely for the Woocommerce integration that works really well...but when things go wrong (as they do occasionally) it's a mare. She also finds the drop off points handy.
She did calculate that the insurance premium worked out more expensive than just paying out her own pocket for the losses, so now doesn't bother with it.

As a side note, using the Hermes site direct for tracking parcel with the P2Go codes works better than trying to track parcels on the P2Go website.
Anyway, tagging into this conversation as I am also interested in alternative options.

If you have an ebay account, you can use packlink ...who are a broker like Parcel2go (and who mainly use hermes ...they get better rates than I can via Parcel2go), login to your ebay account & from the same browser paste this into your browser...

    https://delivery.ebay.co.uk/private/shipments/ready-to-purchase/

...you don't have to have sold the item via ebay...click new shipment at the top of the screen, you can input your shipment details there. For sales made via ebay, I have my own system that takes me straight to the parcel order page (no need to input details ...and better rates vs off ebay parcels)
