Hi,
I am here. Hello every one!
Not sure if someone here can give me advice or any helpful information. Please ignore my bad language as English is not my first language.
My wife and I have just started a small trading business recently. The current situation is we have two or three parcels delivered every week. DHL, Fedex, and TNT are the main delivery companies we used. At this moment my wife is responsible for accepting these parcels and re-posts them to our UK customers.
The difficulty we are facing now is we miss the parcel delivery some times. In this case, we need wait another day for re-delivery or pick up it at the delivery company's site. Our service is very time-critical, so we are looking for a way to get the parcel received at the first delivery and re-post to our customers in the same day! Now we have got a few of complains about the order delay.
My wife needs to send our children to school and pick them back in the afternoon. She can't wait at home all day time. So it's a bit pain for us. For safety reason, every parcel needs to be signed so we don't want the driver leave the parcel in front of the door. I know I can check the status online, but in fact the status is not reliable. Some time the parcel have delivered a day, the status is still under delivery…
I have dig the web and found a local company can provide a mailbox service. What I thinking was all parcels would delivered to that address and they can inform my wife immediate once the parcel arrived, then my wife can come and pick it back. But it looks like they don't want to do this for me.
