packaging for cold foods?

Hey!

im looking to start a business where i deal with frozen/chilled foods.
after tons of research my method of packaging will be

1) insulated cold bag (the bubble wrap foil type)
2) 3-5 ice packs
3) next day delivery

from what i have been told when asking a few business that deal with cold food deliveries they say itll take around 72hours for the ice to start melting etc etc

my question to you business owners/future business owners is whether you can point me in the right direction and/or if you know of any places where i can buy insulated cold bags and ice packs which will be disposable/left with customer after delivery via courier. i have looked at websites like Alibaba and Aliexpress but they dont seem to have the ones for businesses that deal with frozen/chilled foods.

i hope someone can help me! really stuck on this one.

There are packaging suppliers who can advise you. Google them and contact some explaining what you are wanting to send.

Your items may be in transit just a day or so however they may be a few days being delivered if recipient is not at home / business is not open. Also factor in return times if item cannot be delivered.

Can I make the suggestion that you don't need all that extra packaging. Invest in a van with a frozen/chill split and deliver in a sealed cardboard box? I work at the food factory and I have seen plenty goods leave site that way
