Packaged salads

Hi,

Does anybody know a good and reliable supplier who would make a salads for my coffee shop? I am thinking to sell salads in plastic boxes like many others shops do. I have found a one in Townbridge ''Southern salads'' but would like to have some more. I am in Kent.

It may be sensible to start your own production. I think it's not too hard to make it yourself? ( larger profit margins & good quality garantee )

jerry is right because you can save and make money by doing it yourself.Lots of money and time will save.

I think the only viable place would be a local fruit/veg wholesale market. I can't see any supplier shipping small quantities of produce to individual shops. Doing it yourself may be the best option here. Obviously all shops are different but I turn over about £250,000 worth of fruit and veg a year and I actually sell very little packet salad. It's probably one of the things I throw away the most.
