I run a ltd company but am thinking of going back to permanent employment. Is there a way I can issue myself a P45?

Have you been taking a salary from your company?

I would imagine you have to come off your payroll for your ltd company and then you can issue a p45 or ask your payroll company to action, or you can work at the side for someone else as a second job but you would pay emergency rate tax on earnings as second job.
