Outsourcing art work

Hi there, I've been recently looking at outsourcing art work, can anyone reccomend an outsourcing company i might be in touch with? The primary reason for outsourcing is price, and so for that reason I was really looking to outsource somewhere outside of the US and europe. Are there any major negatives of outsourcing artwork I should know about?
