Hi there

Hope you guys can help.

We are looking to upgrade our current software systems in order to handle sales, stock control, CRM, purchasing and fincancial.

Currently most of the above are handled via spreadsheets, MS products, basic sales order processing packages and various other ways!

We've looked at Khaos Control, MS NAV, Blue Logic and a couple of other solutions.

My questions are if anyone else has experience in any software packages I have mentioned or if anyone can recommend any others?

Any help will be much appreciated!

Regards

Amit

Hi Amit

Yes I can recommend Khaos Control, we've integrated with it a few times and have had some very successful projects.

It would be good to get a feel for numbers of transactions, orders etc... to help give more information as to whether it's the right software for your business.

It is a very streamlined system - you may find it fits your need perfectly or you may need to modify some of your business processes so you get the most out of it. It is certainly a great upgrade to dealing with lots of spreadsheets.

Hi Amit,

Can I suggest you take a look at our solution. Brightpearl is an end-to-end business management software package that integrates order processing, stock control, CRM, accounts and more in a single system. You can also hook this all up to your sales channels as well letting you run your POS, website and marketplace listings all from the same place. We offer a 30 day free trial so you can assess whether it would suit your business but feel free to ask me if you have any questions.

Learn to check dates. The op asked the question in 2009. If he had not got an order processing system by now, no system would cope!
