Order Fulfilment recommendations for a growing business

I'm looking for a new fulfilment centre as I've outgrown my current one and am hoping to get some first-hand recommendations, especially in regards to how last Christmas was handled due to Covid.

I sell greeting cards so the products are tiny, the per product value isn't that high (£2.99) and there are usually multiple designs/SKUs in one order. Our retail orders range from around £5-£50 and we average 400 orders a month but during Christmas this goes up to 4000-8000 a month.

I'm looking for somewhere that has good software integration and that is as automated as possible. My current centre lacks this which caused huge problems last Christmas as I couldn't access tracking etc myself without calling them.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks :)

Congratulations on the growth! Well done, always nice to hear success stories.

We used a couple of fulfilment houses but the experience wasn't great. We moved everything in house which worked for us (we sell oversize items).

James and James have a good reputation from what I'm aware.
