Hi all.
If you are subject to a discipline hearing and it goes against you yet you disagree totally, are there any options beyond appeal ?
I get that if it was a very serious issue you could leave and claim constructive dismissal (I guess), but what if its 'only' a written or verbal warning that you then appeal but the company still upholds the result.
Is there any further action the employee can take or do they have to like it and lump it ?
Thanks.
