Opening burger hut

Hi,

Hoping you can help.
I am looking to open a burger hut on my mates land (he has another business running there, car related).

In the corner of his premises I am looking to open a burger van, to target the locals and passing traffic.

The premises is on a main road and the burger will be on private land.

I have a cabin which we are starting work on, I want t do everything by the book.

What do i need? food license? etc.

The burger hut will not be moved and will not go trading at other places it will stay where it is ...

Can anyone advice any assistance please?

Hi

You need to get in touch with your local council. They will put your through to the right department.

I know when I considered doing this I had to do a Health and Hygiene certificate (which you can do online) or still at the council I believe.

Frightens me half to death these types of business as there's so many inspections and certs you need, I'd get to the library and get a book out on starting this type of business then go from there.
