Opening A 'Modern' Barbers

Most replies have mentioned waiting times so apart from reducing the waiting time you could have an app that would give the approximate waiting time. Whilst they were in the app they could book an appointment for later that day if the waiting time was too long or not convenient for them.

^^^^ that is not a bad idea. Perhaps you could also have then app text me when the waiting time falls below a certain level?
