opencart 2.0 redirect to https

Can anybody advice how I can redirect http://domainname and http://www.domainname both to https://domainname ( both www and none www ) I keep trying but when I choose both version in opencart 2 ( htaccess ) I get a redirect loop / error all the time. I can redirect https to https or www to https but not both at the same time. Any help appreciated.

Try to redirect from htaccess and leave the open cart as it is.
