Is there any Statutory Time Limit at all on an 'Open Ended' Contract?

In this regard, is a B2B Contract any different to an Employment Contract?

The reason I ask, is that I set up a B2B Contract 8 years ago and because we have been happily working with it all this time, I have forgotten to consider whether it might require re-dating and re-issuing ( which I have now done ).

What year did you get married and was it in England or Wales?

I would also insert clauses to cover duration (could be "until terminated by either party" to cover your worry on time limits) and valid reasons for termination.
