Welcome to the forums Ondrej. :) I'm sure you will find plenty of good advice here on how you can grow your business. You mention that your business is more like a hobby, so I wonder what advertising you are doing at the moment to promote your business.

You seem to have a good strategy. Great that you're working on a new website that will be easier to do SEO on. The idea to find a famous person on Instagram to promote your scooters is a good idea as your target group is there. As you are committed to this I think you will have success. :)

Thank you. What you thing about prizing? There is one store, and they sell one same brand like me, but as they are bigger they have a smaller prizes. So if compare on google mine and they prizes i am little bit expensive but i have a free postage. So basically i am cheaper. But is better for costumer to see lower prize but plus shipping or free shipping but couple of £ more?

Just as you say, people will see that you are more expensive and they will then choose your competitor. There is a reason why your competitor has chosen one price and then adds the postage costs in the end, because people will mostly look on the price before they make the decision, not the postage costs. So I would recommend you to put a price without postage included and then postage costs are included in the checkout.
