Online Purchase Order Software

Hi there,

Can anyone provide any recommendations of online purchase order software that can be accessed by my employees to order materials and products from our suppliers?

We need something that they can enter what they need, it puts into a nice format that can then be sent to our supplier? The data would be kept on the back office for our accounts to look at?
