Speaking from experience, other than accessing some basic templates to download and edit, I tend to use a HR consultant in a more consultative way. Work with them to understand my business and they provide the input tailored to what I want and need, but others may be happy to use a more 'virtual' service.I was thinking an online supplier would be convenient.
I would echo that - a lot of small firms go with an online provider and find it quite inflexible plus eventually quite expensive for what it is.Useful advice. Thanks
