One door closes, another one opens!

As part of the current Google dance, I have one website which has disappeared altogether, which is very annoying. :x

However, one of my newer sites has suddenly got a foot on the ladder with a PR1. Although this PR is seemingly becoming less important, it is always a real lift to see that little green line moving up. (No matter how many sites I build, I never get tired of seeing that)

A quick look at the traffic stats shows that the site was visited more this month than all of the previous four put together.

Just wanted to share this with you to show all you new site owners that if you stick with it, build good content and links, then it happens in the end.

I agree, nothing beats good content and patience!

Saying that, we were recently given our first Pageranks for our new site and managed a 5 and 4 even though they still don't show up highly in terms of searches.

Some of our new clients sites also got 3 and 4's and show up qite highly.

I know what you mean about seeing the green bar, I was checking almost every day last week for it.
