Office space: Sheffield or Rotherham

I am looking for shared office space in Sheffield or Rotherham.
As our main site is in Birmingham, i dont want to go for something to expensive.

Budget around £250/month

Anyone here open to sharing out some office space?

How did you get on with your search?

I'm looking for pretty much the same thing, but I'm finding it very difficult - web searches throw up millions of useless brokers who have vague and elusive details (eg no prices or sizes).

Hi Khuram,

After a frustrating hour of googling and phoning, I've finally hit a seam of competent sounding brokers, so I've managed to get a couple booked in for today.

I reckon we could do something together - I've had a look at your posts and I can see we work in similar areas - I'm recording multimedia training courses.

If you find any brokers who aren't a waste of space I'd be interested in contact details... I'm out in Hoyland and looking for workshop space or at least will be after August so recommendations are always welcome..

Bit of a different requirement but still you're bound to find they have a broad range of spaces.

I'm from Sheffield.

I would consider Rotherham. Sheffield rates are expensive. Rotherham is trying to grow and establish itself as a place for business, I would imagine there would be some good incentives on offer.

Plus there is Rotherham Chamber of Commerce who I hear are very good, better than Sheffield Chamber of Commerce.
