Odour & noise assessment

hello good ppl
I’m struggling to find any odour & noise surveyor to obtain A5 licence required by council
I’m based in northeast uk and most companies are either midland or London area
Does anyone come across a company who offer both assessment In northeast uk ?

Have you looked at your local Chamber of Commerce directory to see if they have a member who does this?

Have you considered asking the council who does such surveys in their area.
