Think I posted this in the wrong section before, so apologies
Hello all
One of my company's is going through the process of striking off, and we have had an objection from a company called Baker Tilly Creditor Services LLP. I have never had any dealings with this company nor has the company got any debts, and has been dormant for over 12 months, so I'm sure if I owed money to anyone they would have chased us.
I have emailed asking why they have objected as you cannot reach anyone on the phone, but has anyone else experienced such a situation, and lastly as it was a LTD company surely if there is anything owing which I 99.9% sure there is not can use the limited liability to not pay as there is 0 in the company?
Thx
