OBA Codes for international postage

Hi

Royal mail are next to usless so i will ask here

Does anyone know what OBA code I should use for international 1st, 2nd and small parcel that is VAT exempt?

I am looking at
OLA : International Standard on Account Letter, LL, SP for instance but there are others

Sorry i only have the tracked and signed for codes for international postage:
I think the OBA system works out if VAT should be applied or not depending upon where you are posting to.

International Tracked & Signed on Account OTC
International Tracked & Signed on Account with extra compensation OTD
International Tracked on Account OTA
International Tracked on Account with extra compensation OTB
International Signed on Account OSA
International Signed on Account with extra compensation OSB

I am now down to the difference between BPL, STL and CRL

I believe BPL is VAT exempt and CRL is Vat-able

But what is STL

I think STL is standard letter used for 1st & 2nd Class letters only.

STL is packets as well, I am trying to work out whether vat is added or not?

and what price I will pay for say a letter 1st and 2nd UK

If you log into OBA you can just enter the codes as if you doing a real post adding the qty and weight, accept it and it will tell you the amount they are going to charge you. just don't confirm the order and you wont get charged.
