Hi guys,
Newbie here -
Have different question relating to notice periods, basically my notice period on my contract is shorter than my offer letter - 2 months instead of 3 months.
As such, what is the legal standing? I am looking to move on so wanted to know that I just have to work the 2 months, as per my contract, instead of the original offer letter which stated 3 months.
