The name of the game is linking, essentially.
Google will have you back up there if you have quality links going into your site.
On page optimisation will help but the major thing fo Google in my opinion is links. Its written in their business plan way back in '98 so its something thats not ging to change anytime soon.
concentrate on getting links from high PR sites and you'll be rising in the rankings before you know it.

RedEvo, you're not kidding! :)

There are ways and means to get the high PR links.
You may already know about the firefox Seo Quake tool. It helps me a lot.

For example, If I'm looking for high PR links for say pension planning, I'd do a google search "pension planning forum", without quotation marks. Those results can then be back analysed in seo quake to see the high pr ones. for the high pr sites, simply sign up as a member, ensuring you put your website behind anchor text in your signature box, if allowed. Start posting and you've got some high pr backlinks.

There's more ways but thats one to start things off.

Ouch, that hurts!:)

Far be it for me to suggest for people to spam forums. My philosophy has always been if you haven't something to add to and enhance a debate, don't get involved.
Staying silent is contribution too:)

Another technique is to do a similar Google search for lists of high pr directory sites relevant to your keywords and post your site details on those.

You need to do a lot of SEO work.
When it comes ot ranking there're two main things: content and links.
I assume you have content, I saw you have almost 2,000 pages but I didn't browse much on your site.
But when it came to checking backlinks to your website I could see that you virtually have no links to your site and 95% of them come from this forum. Lots and lots of work to be done if you're serious about ranking in google.

Ah yes, forum spam, that's where it's at :)

d

I don't know why people say it's harsh when RedEvo is absolutely right. I totally understand when you post a link to your website once in a while when it's needed or include it in your sig (if allowed) but most of the forum posters just spam.

BTW, how forum posts are high PR links???? Post pages themselves have NO PR.
