Hi All!
My name is Amber and I work for a small startup in London called myFairPartner. We are the first completely online employment business in the UK.
Our idea is to standardise the way that temping is done by taking out the high street office and streamlining the process online. In the same way that the airline industry has done with ticket sales.
We make it so the Client can directly search through our online platform and find Candidates that exactly match their needs. The Clients can then set up an interview, hire or even schedule shifts with a simple click and a text message will be sent to the Candidate alerting them.
We charge a small fee of only 50 pence per hour on top of Candidate expenses and wages, regardless of the wage they are hired at!
Anyway, I am in charge of Online Marketing and Business Development. I came across this forum and hoped to find some like minded small business owners and employee's.
I am looking for some ideas and advice on how to promote my company online. I also am trying to get the word out to other small business. If you have ever considered temping before, and realised it is too expensive for the small business owner we hope to be your solution.
I hope to make some friends, find some other neat business and hopefully some ideas!!
