I've had my PayPal account since 2006 and recently I started a new business called "SendYourLetter.co.uk" I'm not advertising but this is where the problem is. After setting the site up with a payment handler etc I was ready to go!

Hours after linking my shopping cart with my PayPal account my PayPal account was limited without an appeal (basically they've closed my account). I contacted PayPal got a reason that my domain has already been registered with their systems under a different name! I done a full WHOIS of the past history of the domain and it turns out I'm the only owner! PayPal had none of it and told me to write them a letter, oh the irony.

As my business is only new (less than three days old) I have no money to start a Payment gateway yet and right now, my business has no income because I have no payment methods setup.

Does anyone have a solution or advise to my problem?

anonymous business, no name, no phone number, no address, no details on whois lookup except for a liverpool postcode.

I would be wary of offering any financial services in such circumstances.

Is your surname really "K"?
Is your address really uniquely identifiable by just house number and city name?
Did you use these "shorthand" details in your PayPal application?

Trying to withhold information from your whois record will not persuade PayPal of your legitimacy. You also need business owner and business address information on your website as required by the E-Commerce Regulations/Companies Act/Business Names Act.

After setting the site up with a payment handler etc I was ready to go!
You really need to take another look at your website because it is far from ready to go; things have moved on since 2002. Website reviews are not allowed here for free users (UKBF full membership costs 40 quid, post review requests in the "review my website" private forum), but you need to be looking out for broken links, grammar, browser interoperability, usability and styling.

And do try to avoid deceiving your potential customers with dodgy 5* reviews and inflated service claims. It will only come back to bite you later.
