non-UK resident / company formation + address

Hi guys!

I am new here and as you can read from the title I am a non-UK resident in the process of setting up a basic Ltd. company.

a.) I assume I will need a registered UK Office Address, Service Address, and Business Address accompanied with int. mail forwarding service – am I correct? Since I am interested in three locations (Mayfair, City, Canary Wharf) I am more than happy to receive any offers from reliable company formation agents or their happy customers via PM.

b.) Is it better to find a reliable accountant to set up a company for me or maybe is a better solution to use so called company formation agents, or maybe buy a shell company (could be a costly to do a proper due diligence)?

c.) If you are familiar with the list of services provided by the company agents you can find that they offer different packages. Honestly, I think I only need to pay for Private Limited Company Registration Fees, Companies House Filing Fees, Business Bank Account, Digital Certificate of Incorporation, Digital Memorandum & Articles of Association, Digital Share Certificate(s) + Reg. office, Business address and international mail fwd. service is there anything else I will need at the beginning?

d.) what is the fair price for such package? – I have received offers started from around 149 gbp up to 580 gbp p.a.

We do company formations and offer mailing addresses, one in the City of London.

I think what you want to do, and seek to purchase, if reasonably straightforward but you may wish to take the advise of an accountant if you have some exotic, international purpose in mind.

You don't need to pay a company to do this for you - you can easily set the company up yourself directly with Companies House.

You can buy off the peg services such as accommodation addresses and forwarding services

You need to open a business account directly yourself with proof of residence etc

You may need a whole host of things in addition to this - who knows we have no idea about what sort of business you are running
