no invoice

Hi there

I hope somebody can help. We made a card payment to one of our suppliers but for some reason the item was not in stock and they can't raise an invoice for that amount. How do i input this payment on sage without an invoice to show the money came out from our bank??

You could just enter it as a bank payment.

The same code you would have used if you had raised an invoice.
