Hi fellow UKBF Users

I'm after a bit of advice about taking the next step with e-commerce.

For the last 6months I have a site hosted on Bluepark which is more of a company front for me at this stage, I receive a few orders via the site nothing to sing home about. I also retail via Amazon and this grows week on week and I'm slowly increasing my range so all's good here.

However the admin and uploading products side of things is starting to turn into a nightmare.
In a ideal world I would be able to create my listing information and pictures etc in one location and with relative ease replicate to another sales outlet. Ie My Website to Amazon to Vice Versa, stock control at this stage is not a problem.

I've seen lots of software but it all seems overly complicated for my needs so does any fellow e-retailers have any advice on a product to use?

Thanks

First of all, most of the time that Blue Park have been discussed I have always been under the impression that the customer service is excellent - have you tried to speak to Blue Park about your problems.

Failing this, I would advise you to look at open cart as it is simple and easy to use. This is open source software with thousands of developer creating new and exciting modules and plugins.

Have you looked at Linnworks? Their packages start at about £20 a month. You can create your products within Linnworks and then integrate them to bulk upload your products to amazon, eBay, pIxmania, play.com etc. http://linnworks.com/Doc/bulk_listing_product_amazon_feed

We use it to manage our website and eBay sales. It can deduct stock and places your orders all in one place. You can then create shipping labels, order courier and send e mails to customers to let them know their order has been shipped. It automatically updates your eBay, amazon and web orders and changes them to dispatched. It saves us hours a day!

I have no problems with Blue Park so far it does what it says on the tin.
Not really looking to move away from them but look at ways to streamline my uploading process.
