True, so a little bit of background research on your page 1 (position 3) for 'Link Building Company', and you have only 220 odd domains pointing to you and of those only 60 odd have any Alexa ranking.

Rather ironic for a company that sells blasting 7,000 links out, I'm surprised that you don't at least do that for your own domain? Is there any reason.

Buy my snake oil! .... is it good?... oh I wouldn't use it on my self!

95% of the links holding my multiple page 1 positions, is down to my own link building package.

Just because you use an outdated SEO tool that doesn't show you every link pointing to my homepage, doesn't mean they are not there.

Do you honestly think I would be ranking for keywords that have over 56 million results ... with 220 domains??

We have a large private blog network, yes we do profile links but they are controlled and not all fired out at once.

Maybe you should try a package yourself ... and see the results first hand.

I am new to SEO. I recently joined a company to do SEO. The previous marketing executive who worked there had done SEO in such a way that the company page was far away on Google search.

I started working on SEO and in a couple of months our company page came up to 1st page.

After this, I did not update SEO for about a month and now I see that the pages have gone to 2,3, or far more pages away. Though I am consistently changing content and META data now, I finding it very hard to get it back to page one.

Is SEO a continuous process? how often does the page need to be updated to be on the page 1? Does all companies maintain SEO updates regularly to be on page 1?

Can someone please explain and suggest what needs to be done. Please help.

SEO is like losing weight.. Once the weight is off, maintain that and keep maintaining it.. SEO.. once you are on page one you do have to keep yourself there!

To help, you must perfect the metas, page titles, page content etc .. and then make sure you keep building up the links..

Do a bit each day and take note also of the page rank of these sources..

Would advise not changing titles too often as Google will see as trying to game sort makes sense why should you need to change titles often ?

Some people think that adding fresh new content means changing titles, etc. because they associates titles with SEO. But the advice should actually be interpreted as adding new pages e.g. with a blogging system.
