Not a member of the tofu-eating wokerati, but wonder if you might look again at the cover photo: man (in the foreground) is clearly in charge, explaining to two less prominent women who're delighting in his genius?

In theory that'd be fine once in a while - those situations do really happen - but it's such a common set-up in publicity fotos everywhere it's a bit of a trope. Be good to do something a bit different, show a woman not in a secondary role.
