New business support under a year old

Hi,
I am Rachel. I am just starting a new subsidiary company offering a start up package to new businesses under a year old and i have no idea where to find new clients.
If anyone out there could offer me advice on where to start looking for clients that would be great.

As you run a marketing agency, I would use the same approach as you would use when advising your clients on how to market their businesses.

I presume as you have decided to start the service, you have already done your research to identify your target audience, how you can offer a different, better, more cost effective service than your competitors and you understand the best communication routes to reach your target audience.

Use this information to develop your marketing plan, identify communications activities to reach your audience and identify budget and resources needed to implement it.
