Hey Guys,

We have sent this out to all our members this evening, but would love some external views too.

Very quick survey (only 4 multiple choice questions). For those that don't know we run telephone-based speed-networking events for small businesses.

If you could spare 1 minute I'd be eternally grateful.

Thanks so much !

Trev,

I've done your survey. As you say only 4 questions and it took hardly any time at all.

Some comments on your website (add it into your profile by the way so people don;t have to search for it!).

1) No testimonials - You need some to build trust.
2) More details about how it works
3) You don't mention phone costs to the client. Is it an expensive phone line, free phone line or normal call charges? People may be ut off trying your free trial because they "think" the phone charges are hidden.
4) Prices - You don't mention what the price of the service will be. I accept you offer a free trial but without knowing what the price of membership would ultimately be doesn't allow people to make an informed choice about whether to even start the trial.

Just some comments. I hope they are helpful. As someone who networks you service sounds interesting. I think you've got to play off the time/money saving aspect of your service against the fact that face to face networking builds stronger relationships.

Cheers
Mike

Hi Mike,

Thanks very mcuh for the feedback.

Yep completely accept there is more work to do, especially in explaining the concept a bit better. Am working on a few pages to do just that.

With regards to cost - again need to be clearer - phone costs are the same as a local rate call (or free with skype) and currently monthly costs are £20, but we are looking into perhaps revising this.

Thanks very much for taking the survey and for the constructive comments.
