Networked printer is breaking my heart :-(

I hope somebody can help me with a very frustrating problem. We have a printer that is networked through a main computer, however we have another computer that has two people who work on it (both part time). My problem is this; both people have seperate log ins but only one of them can see and use the networed printer.

I have tried adding new printers/devices on the second persons log in, through both the local and wireless options but it will not show the networked printer.

Any help would be appreciated, before I loose my sanity completely.

Thanks

when you add the new printer under the account does it disappear when you restart the computer or still show in cpanel?

Also I'm not sure what windows you're using but try right clicking the printer and select 'Sharing' so it shares with others on the network, this may work depending on what setup you have.

Click on start, Then select run.. on the run window type in
the ip address of the computer, the printer is connected to Eg: \\192.168.5.103 ...
This should open a window listing folders and printers
Just double click on the printer and this should automatically map the sheard
printer with the user..

or

Just call out a "Doctor" to stiche the remaining pieces of your broken heart
back together..
