need to know bank from a sort code

I urgently need to know which bank and branch the following sort code belongs to -

11-03-98
There's a long story attached, which I will post about later, involving extreme incompetence by A+L but I'd appreciate any help with this code ASAP.

I am also going to be moving banks because of this, and wondered if anyone has any experience of the co-op business accounts - i'd be joining using their special FSB account which gives a few more benefits

It's a Halifax PLC bank branch - why not phone your local Halifax and ask them which branch it is.
