Need to find an office - Which are the best Office Search Engines?

Hi,

We have come round to that dreaded time again where we need to find a new office (in London). Can anyone advise on the what are the best commeercial office space search engines at the moment ? - I really want to avoid paying the rediculous "finders fee's" that commercial property agents charge.

Searching on google and it seems to be a minefield of poor quality search engines - is there anything out there like rightmove.com for office space??

Yes but with regard to commercial property rightmove.co.uk is very poor - hardly any listings.

I've just had a look at rightmove and there seems to be quite a lot of choice imo, but depends where you're looking and what exactly for!

I'm looking for London - Waterloo area for upto 8000 sq/ft. Checked on rightmove and it didn't come up with much considering the size of the area and density of offices in it.
