Need Some Help From You All.

Agreed, not enough detail there to get me to pm I'm afraid. You need to tell people exactly what service/product it is exactly that you're offering, plus it would need to be something people could actually verify in some way.

Sorry that makes me nervous too, Victoria, I wouldn't under any circumstances want to be dealing with copies - particularly in the fashion industry, the real designers come down extremely heavily on businesses and it could be the death of a small business very easily, particularly when they get either a court case, a huge fine, or having to hand over the stock - which is usual, Chloe and other bag designers do it all the time, and most big designers have IP experts trawling the net looking for people who are selling copied designer goods.

It's a particular problem in the UK and Europe as it's very easy to buy from a chinese or indian manufacturer who holds the patent for the design - but this patent is not valid outside of the country of manufacture and the inadvertent importer is the one that gets battered by the EU/UK patent/IP laws from the real designer.

To me a verified Paypal account says very little, other than someone went through the whole Payapl rigmarole - just like I did - the guarantees would need to come from being able to examine products, speak to other customers, be able to legally verify the companies existence etc
