Hi there

I don't know if you will find someone on this basis - it is like another thread on hear regarding commission based sales.

I work in marketing and also run a telemarketing resource - we work on an hourly rate basis and have been very very successful with this - it may be another consideration for you as profit related/commission only campaigns are usually difficult to justify for freelancers.

I agree with above post.... We too prefer working on hourly basis or fixed price... even here in India.. we hire freelancers on hourly basis only. So, it would be good if you hire someone to work with you hourly...

You can tell more details so that I can share more thoughts about your business...

There are a handful of marketing people on this forum who consider commission projects, me being one of them.

However I very much doubt you will find a salesperson to work commission only, there's just no benefit to them, you're asking them to take all the risk.

The only way you will get anyone to work on a commission only basis is by having a) strong sales figures already and b) a list of high quality leads.

But if you have those things already, you wouldn't be looking for a commission only sales person.

Agree with what everyone is saying above. Although we would all like to work on a comission/profit sharing basis just because it is a win/win situation for us, and will ensure we won't lose any money, which is what we all want, especially when just starting out. But generally the best companies (like Lucie said) charge hourly/daily as they trust their services but don't want to risk the product they are promoting to be S*** and hence spend a lot of time and not make many sales.... If that makes sense.
