Hi, I'd be most grateful if someone could help me work out my holiday entitlement for next year, please..
I've recently gone from working full time to working 4 days a week (Mon - Thur). The company I work for have informed me my hols entitlement for next year is 24 days including bank holidays, but as most bank holidays fall on Mondays, I'm going to have to book them as my days off. I also need to allow 4 days holiday for December / Jan next year, when the company breaks off for Christmas.
Our accounts department have told me I'm likely to end up with 14 days holiday (after i've deducted all bank hols, etc), but they seemed a little hesitant and unsure when explaining this to me, so I'm slightly concerned if their calculations are correct?
I'd be truly grateful if someone could offer me some advice on this, please...
