Need Help With Documents Need

I have just signed up with Additional Resources as a recruitment consultant based at home,

I have everything i need in online but i need to know what the legal requirements i need to cover and is there anywhere i can get some kind of starter template pack that offers:

1. Registration Pack - What needs to be covered in that?
2. 48 Hour Opt Out Form
3. Terms of Business - Clients
4. Terms of Employment - candidates
5. Driving Test - Candidates
6. Health Check List - Candidates

And how can i apply for a enhanced disclosure as a company looking to do checks on future Temps.

Your help would be much appricated, I have been in recruitment for a while but always working under someone else and everyone has different requirments.

I will be hiring mainly drivers so any legal requirments i need for them would help too.

Cant the company you just joined supply all the necessary forms - surely they must already have them if they are doing business. - or at least tell you where to find them.

No they only covered the factoring etc and invoicing but the head office only deal with perms while i deal with temps,

But i have managed to find some forms now thanks for the reply now i have to just go through them and convert them
