Need Help To Improve SERPs?

One of my important keyword is on 37 position since past two weeks and I'm trying hard to improve its position but no output . I'm asking for your help to improve it. Can anyone tel me what should i do? And what could be the reason of no improvement?

it can take a couple of weeks, sometimes more, for any improvements to show in the serps i believe. I've read on here many times to only make a change at a time and see if that works, then move on to the next bit, otherwise if you make lots of changes at the same time you won't know what works and what doesn't

Are you saying that the keyword used to rank much higher? Or has it always been at position 37 or lower?

It can take a while for your site to get crawled again. I worked on one client and it took three months to go from nowhere to good SERPs so try to have a little patience as well.

Are you targeting any other keywords at the moment too? What exactly are you doing to try and improve it?

Depends on what you've done... If you put in a link and G hasn't seen it, then there will be no movement.
