These are difficult times, but hopefully you've first explored the various schemes the government has put in place.
If you still think you're going to run short of working capital within the next three months, and are willing to exchange shares in return for help with working capital, drop me a message, but note the criteria:
1. Your business was a successful, profitable UK based Ltd company before this crisis started.
2. It was not dependent on you (ie. it was largely run by staff) and
3. It had a turnover of at least £2m in the last accounts.
Sector / geographical location not important.
I have draft Share Purchase Agreements etc. all ready to go. For the right business able to provide all the right records immediately on request, the funds can be in your account within a week.
