can you help?

I own a website and I need someone to run it.

I am looking for a talented individual to take on a wide range of design, e-marketing and web based projects and tasks, as well as help out with ad hoc support quires. These will range from marketing & print design through to web graphics, content management, web development and some day to day support quires.

Many tasks will require you to work on your own so you will require excellent communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into workable solutions and be very trustworthy.

They need to form part of a small team but will be expected to take ownership of your projects and tasks and see them through to completion.

Required Skills:

· Proven creative talent.
· Graphic design for both print and web based marketing.
· Solid HTML, CSS and general web development skills.
· Familiar with the full Adobe Creative Suite.
· Social media presence management.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
· Motivated and enthusiastic.


Desired Skills:

· High skill level in Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Illustrator.
· Experience with open source content management systems.
· Some Marketing experience an advantage.
· SEO knowledge.
· Knowledge of App development for iphone/ BBerry an advantage.
· Any levels of video production experience an advantage.
· Desktop Support with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7

do you think somewhere out there is an individual who possess's all of the above skills and has a very reasonable pricing structure?

I would agree, i dont think 1 person can posses all those talents so it may be worth splitting the work load, i have pm'd you the name of the person who helped me with 90% of what you are asking.

if you need all those talents, my guess is that the job is big enough to employ someone / outsource to a firm...

Without trying to disillusion you, what you seek hasn't existed since the time of Leonardo DaVinci.
Physiologically, Most people are either Left brain dominant, or Right brained, and Da Vinci was able to produce the goods in both halves of the brain.

Even Albert Schweitzer and Albert Einstein would admit they excelled in specific arenas, and had failings in others. If Einstein were alive today, he would possess the desired criteria of being an iphone Developer, but his Photoshop skills would be embarrasing to your company.

I have found it impossible to find people who were adept at algorithmic coding, and at artistic design creation. Yes, both are creative arts, but both use different parts of the brain, and I know in which camp I lie. Marketing and SEO are a black art, claimed by many but economically , it is proven in few.

I'd suggest that you dilute your requirements into two different people types, and seek two positions albeit in a pro-rata capacity.

Find your Ying, and your Yang, and your Circle of services will be complete. Placing trust in one individual will be a folly.
