Hello all,

Myself and a partner are setting up a business supplying staff from the UK to work for a companies based in Asia.

We have had discussions with a company in Asia and have agreed that they will pay the staff we find them directly and pay us a monthly fee whilst said staff remain employed under their first (typically 12 or 24 months) contract with the company.

We are looking to draw up a contract that covers us for this. Does anyone have any experience in these matters or similar? If so, leave a message or PM me and let me know what sort of fee would be involved etc.

Comments are also very welcome!

Thanks

There are a number of issues that need to be included into a recruitment agency agreement for supplying staff into oversea companies, such as jurisdictional issues, overrriding employment rights and many other issues.

We would need to discuss your requirements if you email us directly we can advise and provide a fixed-fee quotation for the work.
