Hello!

I'm new to these forums but I've been running a small business for a couple of years. During this time I've stumbled across many a problem that have cost me money, time and sleep.

What is your biggest headache or worry as a business owner?

Personally, I sometimes feel worried when going to bed, constantly thinking about important business decisions or finances.`
I try to accept the situation at hand, but it's not always easy.

Once the customer comes on board, it's fine, they know that they get great service and often are surprised how much more I can do for them to make their life easy. It's just to get that first enquiry...

Sales calls. When they tell you they know better than you do and challenge your comments. I reckon we get more cold calling than any other phone calls now, and it really wears me down. I try to be friendly ( they are only doing a job after all) but some are so arrogant it beggars belief!
