I use it and works okay takes up to a day for funds to go out like if you wanted to pay someone or a business.

You can pay in at main post office take up to 1 to 2 days to go into your account, or some selected retail outlets which will go on in a instant, I am yet to find a retail outlet that works as when I have gone to put money on it dont work.

You can use your card as normal in shops but you get charged £3 to withdraw money from a atm.

its works as a basic account but has lots of faults like your card won't be accepted by Vodafone if you have a contract with them and won't to use your card, money takes ages to clear and fund, can only use it to put money on at a post office.

Speed payments can also be received and made available almost immediately. ~Yes it can also be linked to your Paypal account just like a normal account with no delays (once you've verified the details).

The one issue I would bring your attention to is to expand on what the previous poster stated. Your card is a mastercard debit card. Now a lot of merchants see Mastercard as a credit card only, so you might attract additional fees when paying online (although I've not experienced this) and occasionally you'll go to pay for goods in person and the reader won't accept your card. I have this issue with places like corner shops. Most large retailers, there's no problem, but small places tend to have issues.
